Apart from the routine administrative challenges of managing a non-profit community orchestra, the North Bay Symphony undertakes a number of projects each year which contribute to our sustainability. These projects always require financial partners, and we welcome your participation in any that align with your corporate or personal goals. You can become a sponsor or Partner for as little as $50:
• Season Sponsor
• Concert Sponsor
• Gift of Music Sponsor
• In-classroom Music Education programs, Grades 1 - 6. "Symphony in the Schools"
• String School Sponsor
• North Bay Symphony Youth Orchestra
• Chair Sponsor
• Donor (Overture, Pastorale, Concerto, Symphony, and Virtuosi levels)
Please contact Robert Palangio to make a donation, or to discuss other charitable giving options.
As a non-profit charitable arts organization, The North Bay Symphony is acutely aware of the tireless contributions made by volunteers across our community. Volunteers need recognition and support. Although we are not in a position to show our appreciation financially, we can offer these volunteers a wonderful relaxing evening of music. The Gift of Music Programme sponsor purchases up to 50 seats at 1 or more of our season concerts. The Symphony matches the sponsor’s gift with an equal number of seats. These seats are donated to a cross-section of volunteers selected jointly by the sponsors and the Symphony.
Launched in Sept., 2006, The Symphony String School targets North Bay area youth, and youth benefit greatly from music lessons. Math test scores improve significantly for students in music programmes. And students develop self-discipline, organization and time-management skills which play a significant role in their success in higher education and in their careers. ....more....
